About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of business solutions and products. The candidate should have strong documentation, client-facing, and analytical skills along with experience in product and pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement Documents), User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Project teams throughout the SDLC.
Create reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI.
Perform data analysis, validation, and reporting using SQL and Python.
Support Product Strategy, Product Roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
Participate in Pre-Sales activities, proposal preparation, demos, and client presentations.
Conduct UAT and ensure successful solution delivery.
Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and business optimization.
Support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
4–5 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Experience working with enterprise applications, ERP, SaaS, or product-based environments is preferred.
