Business Development Executive - SAP

Ahmedabad, India
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for SAP implementation, support, and consulting services.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, networking, and local market activities.
  • Conduct research to identify target industries and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for proposal creation, solution demos, and client presentations.
  • Manage client communication, proposal submission, and deal follow-up.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Support marketing activities like webinars, SAP events, and local campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and pipeline targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PS, BTP, etc.) or ERP concepts.
  • Experience in B2B IT sales, preferably within SAP or ERP services.
  • Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM software.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented personality.

Must Have

  • Experience in B2B/IT sales.

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA and ECC.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong analytical skills
