Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience: 5 to 7+ years in selling SAP Consulting Services, SAP Implementation, Support & Maintenance Services, or related ERP solutions.
  • Responsible for driving sales in SAP solution areas, including S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP/QM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and related modules.
  • Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold calling, social media outreach, industry events, and partnerships to create a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories; promote and sell SAP Implementation, Upgrade, Migration, and Managed Services.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to understand client requirements and design customized SAP solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for SAP-related inquiries from prospective and existing clients, ensuring high-quality engagement and timely resolution of concerns.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of SAP products, industry trends, and business processes to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.
  • Responsible for preparing proposals, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Track market developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to recommend strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure regular reporting, sales forecasting, and performance tracking to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven track record in SAP solution sales, preferably in both domestic and international markets.
  • Strong network and relationships within the SAP ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business challenges and propose SAP-based solutions.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
