Job Summary

GTPL is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Executive / Field Sales Executive (B2B IT Sales) to promote and sell Enterprise Solutions, Custom Software, ERP, HRMS, Web & Mobile Application Development Services to corporate clients. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and client meetings.
  • Identify and approach potential B2B customers.
  • Promote Enterprise Solutions, ERP, HRMS, and Custom Software Services.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to prepare customer solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with clients.
  • Maintain daily sales activity reports and CRM updates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Eligibility

  • 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings within Ahmedabad and nearby locations.
  • Passion for sales and business development.
