Inside Sales Executive

Ahmedabad, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for SAP products and services through inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Maintain a deep understanding of SAP offerings (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.) and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.
  • Engage with decision-makers (CIOs, CFOs, IT Heads, etc.) to understand their business challenges and position relevant SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with field sales and pre-sales teams to schedule product demos, workshops, and follow-up meetings.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with lead and pipeline information, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Work with marketing to execute targeted campaigns, follow up on leads, and drive conversion.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs including lead generation, qualified opportunities, and revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date on SAP market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in enterprise software or IT solutions (SAP experience highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, ERP systems, and digital transformation concepts.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP CRM) and MS Office Suite.
