Position: Senior SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP CO Consultant with 9–10 years of strong functional and configuration expertise in SAP Controlling (CO). The candidate should have extensive implementation, rollout, and support experience, along with strong integration knowledge across SAP modules in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP CO modules

Perform advanced configuration in:
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders (IO)
- Product Costing (PC)
- Profitability Analysis (COPA – Account & Costing Based)
- Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Lead business requirement gathering workshops and solution design discussions
- Prepare detailed Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW objects
- Work closely with ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, and PP teams for integration developments
- Support rollouts, enhancements, and global template implementations
- Handle offshore support delivery (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests)
- Conduct SIT, UAT support and regression testing
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
- Perform system optimization and performance improvement activities
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP CO

- Cost Element Accounting
- Cost Center Planning & Allocations
- Assessment & Distribution Cycles
- Activity Type Planning
- Settlement Rules & Order Settlement
- Product Cost Planning (CK11N, CK40N)
- Material Ledger (Preferred)
- COPA Derivation & Value Fields

Strong integration knowledge with:
- SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
- SAP MM (Inventory Valuation, Account Determination)
- SAP PP (Production Orders, Variance Calculation)
- SAP SD (Revenue & Cost Flow)
- Experience in support, rollout & at least 1–2 end-to-end implementations
- Strong understanding of business processes in Manufacturing / Project-based industries
- Experience in offshore delivery model

Strong documentation & client communication skills
Good to Have:
Experience in S/4HANA CO
Exposure to Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
Experience in Central Finance (Preferred)
Knowledge of SAP Fiori Apps related to CO
Experience with SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM
Basic debugging knowledge to coordinate with ABAP team
