Job Overview

GTPL Enterprise Solutions is looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors, calls, and day-to-day office administration efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and courier services.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain meeting room calendars.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative and operational support.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, event coordination, and employee support activities.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Support HR and Administration teams with routine administrative tasks.

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or Administrative Executive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in office administration or front office management is preferred.
