MERN Stack Intern

Position: MERN Stack Intern
Duration:  3 months unpaid internship 

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and implementing front-end components using React.js.
  • Build and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js + Express.js.
  • Design/manage database schemas and queries in MongoDB.
  • Integrate front-end and back-end functionalities seamlessly.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under guidance.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing and performance optimization.
  • Work collaboratively with the team (UI/UX, QA, developers) and attend daily/weekly stand-ups.
  • Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in web development.
Required Skills
  • Strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Familiarity with React.js (components, state, props) and Node.js/Express.js.
  • Some exposure to MongoDB (schema, queries).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
  • Basic knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git/GitHub).
  • Good problem-solving attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team
