Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Social Media & Branding Manager who can lead our digital presence along with strong expertise in UI/UX and graphic design. The ideal candidate will drive brand strategy, create visually compelling content, and enhance user experience across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute brand strategy across all digital platforms
- Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Lead UI/UX improvements for website, landing pages, and campaigns
- Design high-quality creatives, banners, and marketing assets
- Oversee graphic design and visual storytelling for campaigns
- Plan and execute branding campaigns for lead generation and employer branding
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and tech teams
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Social Media, Branding, or Digital Marketing
- Strong expertise in Branding & Visual Identity
- Hands-on experience in UI/UX design (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Advanced skills in Graphic Designing (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Experience in B2B, B2C marketing
- Knowledge of paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
- Strong creative thinking and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT / Software industry
- Experience in handling end-to-end brand transformation projects
- Understanding of user behavior and conversion optimization
