Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support construction-related projects, ensuring effective requirement gathering, process optimization, and stakeholder management to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and project management teams, to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
- Analyze current processes in construction and infrastructure projects, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Support budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning processes by providing data-driven insights.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, contractors, and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to track project progress, risks, and KPIs.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support the implementation of digital tools, ERP systems, or construction management software.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Required Skills:
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle, cost management, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments is a plus
